Otherwise, email notifications cannot be used. You still can use this service. Nevertheless, you must send the file retrieval link yourself.
2. How long my files will be available?
The files you have uploaded will remain available on the server for the period the sender chose.
3. What is the maximum file size I can upload?
The current maximum file size is 3029MB. If you try to upload files with a total size larger than the limit, the connection with the server will be terminated immediately.
4. How can I reduce the upload and download times?
In most cases, you can reduce significantly the upload and download times if you compress your files before sending them. You can use programs such as WinZip, WinRAR or StuffIT. Take notes that we do not endorse in any way these products.
5. Can you accommodate special corporate needs?

6. Why the email notifications are so plain?
By design, the content of the email notifications are quite plain. This gives them a maximum of changes not to be recognized as SPAM.
7. Do I need to change my firewall or router settings?
No, as long as you are able surf the Web.

10. What is the new notification consolidation feature?
Notifications are no longer sent each time a file is retrieved. They are aggregated in an email sent when no activity occurred for a while. You will receive significantly fewer emails. Retrieval notification's management is a lot easier.
